our new york city branch...

Bonland is pleased to announce that we are establishing a New York City operation. We have purchased a 40,000 square foot building in the Bronx. We are in the process of developing full Sales, Project Management, Drafting, Fabrication and Installation capability to serve NYC and look forward to becoming a Local 28 Contractor.

Our mission is "To be the premier airside HVAC contractor recognized by our customers and employees as the leader in the industry.” While we have a long way to go to achieve our mission in NYC, we have a few key people and are confident that we will be successful in attracting others, who will want to be a part of the startup of a new company and participate in our mutual success.

The HVAC business requires team spirit and we are excited about creating a winning team with our employees and customers. It is only by satisfying our customers’ needs that we will truly be successful. We are looking forward to developing relationships with a few customers, who have a similar approach to their projects and look forward to joining their project team for our shared success.
