Bonland stands by our goal of Zero Accidents.  Our Safety Incentive Program is just one of the ways that we get our Safety message out and show our commitment and dedication to our pursuit of an accident free workplace.

Our Safety Incentive Program consists of Annual and Immediate Feedback Incentives.

The Annual Incentives are awarded to all employees, who have been employed for the year, were accident free and had no safety violations.

Managers or members of our Safety Committee award the Immediate Feedback Incentives to any employee, who exhibits above and beyond safety practices.

We recognize that the construction industry is a dangerous environment and believe that these safety incentives are a fun and rewarding way to remind everyone of the importance to work safely and look out for their fellow workers.
