Administrative Coordinator

What you will do:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as requested
  • Track and record company car mileages
  • Update, and maintain tool inventory logs and spreadsheets
  • Assemble first aid kits to be sent out to our various job sites
  • Assist with time entry for payroll
  • Order supplies and tools as requested
  • Print and maintain Project Management drawings
  • Assist the Sales Department by entering jobs into company databases
  • Possess a working understanding of Company and Branch operations, policies and procedures, various manuals, systems and forms
  • Perform similar duties and special projects as determined by Administrative Manager

A successful candidate will have:

  • Computer Skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Strong Organization and Time Management Skills
  • A Can Do Attitude

Additional requirements:

  • Should the position require driving to another branch, jobsite, customer's office, vendor's office or other location, the employee must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a motor vehicle record that is considered acceptable according to Bonland's Approved Driver Criteria.
