Chief Executive Officer

Linda joined Bonland in 1978. Over the course of her career she has held various positions including Executive Secretary, Project Management Assistant, HR Manager, Accounting Manager, Estimating Manager, IS Manager, Vice President of Management Services, Executive Vice President, and President. Currently, she is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company.
Linda is proud to be an example of someone who started with Bonland in an administrative capacity and through personal development, continued education and experience has grown within the company.

Ed Willigan

President

Ed rejoined Bonland in 2015 as our Northern New Jersey Branch Manager, became Vice President in 2019 and President in 2024. Ed worked in our Wayne and Lakewood offices in a Sales Capacity from 1997 to 2005. Ed has held positions in Sales, Project Management and Senior Management for mechanical contractors and Bonland. He currently holds Master HVAC Licenses in NJ, CT, DE, MD, and NC, along with Master Plumbing Licenses in NY and NC.

John Bansley

VP of Operations and South Jersey Branch Manager

John made his start in the construction industry with Bonland in 1999 in the Estimating Department at our Northern New Jersey Office in Wayne. John has since worked in our South Jersey Branch in Lakewood as Project Manager and our Pennsylvania Branch in Bensalem as Senior Project Manager and Drafting Manager.
In 2017, John was promoted to South Jersey Branch Manager. John was also a member the Strategic Plan Committee (2012-2016) and is currently the Chairperson of the Foreman’s Advisory Committee.

Matt Mitchell

Pennsylvania Branch Manager

Matt joined Bonland in 2004 as a Sales Representative in our South Jersey Branch and in 2014 was promoted to Senior Sales Representative. Matt transferred to our Pennsylvania Branch in 2016 where he continually took on additional responsibility for managing the operations of our PA Branch. In the Summer of 2020, Matt was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager and in January 2021 became the PA Branch Manager.
